How do I care for my earrings?
All of my earrings are handmade - please handle with care. Avoid using perfumes or sprays near your earrings. If stained by makeup use a mild soap and water to remove the makeup using a cloth or Q-tip. Do not get your earrings wet and always store in a dry place. If the brass on your earrings starts to tarnish (which happens often with brass, unfortunately), I suggest using lemon juice and water and mixing on a cloth, paper towel, or Q-tip to remove the tarnish from your metal pieces.
Warning: Earrings contains small parts that pose a choking hazard. Please keep away from small children.
When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections due to the high volume of orders received.
We currently offer two shipping options. First, we can ship your package via regular letter mail if it is within the weight and size limits for shipping oversized mailers as determined by Canada Post. It is a low flat-rate, and does not include tracking. Please note that Twig and Ivory Design Inc. is not liable for any delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. The other shipping option includes tracking via Canada Post. Upon fulfillment of your order, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

Is local pickup available?
Yes, local pickup is available for residents of Old Ridge, New Brunswick. If you are unable to pickup in Old Ridge, then please select another shipping method.
Can you combine my orders?
Yes, we are happy to combine orders. Please leave a note in the special instructions at checkout on any additional orders you place.
Please Note: If your order goes over the weight for letter mail shipping, you will not be refunded any shipping charges and your combined orders will be sent via tracked shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time. See our shipping policy for more information.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns on any opened and worn merchandise. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. See our refund policy for more information.
Do you do custom orders?
No, at this time I am only doing my website restocks.
Why do all of your earrings say sold out on your website?
I restock my website every few weeks and once those are gone, they are sold out until the following week.
What is the best way to get in touch with you?
You can contact us via e-mail at email@example.com, or through our website's contact form. While we can also receive Direct Messages through Instagram, it is not our preferred method of communication. Due to the large volume of Direct Messages we receive each day, it is not always possible to keep track of each one. Please note that while we do our best to return each message within 24-48 hours, we may be slower to respond to any messages beyond regular business day hours.
